FAQs
Yes, at Old Spout Barn there’s off road parking for two cars round the side of the barn which is accessed from the front.
At Chapel Beck there’s parking for one car in front of the cottage and a allocated parking place a little bit further down the road.
We appreciate that a certain amount of wear and tear is inevitable and this applies to the odd smashed glass or broken plate. If something does get damaged, we ask you inform Sue on 07772699435 so that in can be fixed or replaced in time for the next guests. However, you may be expected to pay for any more serious damages and breakages such as incidents to carpets, broken windows etc as stated in the terms & conditions.
No, however we do ask that guests leave it in a suitable state of cleanliness and general order.
Check in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out time is by 10am on the day of departure. We ask that all guests adhere to these times to ensure we have time to properly prepare the cottage.
